Mrs. Hilda Boudrow, age 92 years, of Lynn, died peacefully, Monday at the Abbott House Nursing Home after a brief illness, surrounded by her family.  She was the wife of the late Lawrence J. Boudrow, former associate commissioner of the Lynn DPW. Born in New Brunwick, Canada she was the daughter of the late Howard and Edith (Weatherbee) Colpitts. She was educated in New Brunswick, moved to Lynn in 1938, and has resided in Lynn ever since. She was employed as a waitress at Heck Allen’s in Saugus from 1956 -1976 and at Rolly’s Restaurant in Lynn from 1976 until she retired in 1986. She enjoyed cooking, knitting, crocheting, ballroom dancing, and Country and Western Music, and was known as Hilda the singing Cowgirl. She is survived by one son Lawrence R. Boudrow of Lynn, one daughter Cheryl Ann Gebhardt of Lynn, two brothers Gerald Colpitts of Saugus, Donald Colpitts of Lynn, one sister Betty Clinch of SC, four grandchildren Melanie Boudrow of Lynn, Adam Boudrow of Methuen, Matthew Gebhardt of Gilford, NH, Kristofer Gebhardt of Lynn, and many nieces and nephews. She was also sister of the late Howard, Walter and Harold Colpitts, Jean Hughes, and Edith Colpitts. Service Details: Visiting hours will be held at the Parker Funeral Home 35 Franklin St. Lynn on Friday from 4:00 – 7:00 PM, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend.
